Job Purpose:
Responsible for preparing high-quality coffee, mojitos, mocktails, cocktails, and other specialty beverages while delivering excellent customer service. Ensures proper beverage presentation, cleanliness, and smooth café or bar operations.

Requirements:

• • 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Barista (coffee, mojitos, mocktails, or cocktails).
• • Basic knowledge of espresso-based drinks, cold beverages, and flavored drinks.
• • Ability to follow recipes and maintain beverage consistency.
• • Good communication and customer service skills.
• • Fast learner, energetic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

• • Prepare and serve coffee (espresso, latte, cappuccino, etc.) and cold beverages (mojitos, mocktails, iced drinks).
• • Mix simple cocktails/mocktail-style drinks as per menu standards.
• • Follow beverage recipes and presentation guidelines.
• • Handle customer orders and provide friendly service.
• • Maintain cleanliness of barista station, machines, and utensils.
• • Ensure proper storage of ingredients and monitor stock levels.
• • Operate coffee machines, blenders, and bar equipment safely.
• • Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory.
• • Support the team in daily café/bar operations as needed.
