BARISTA
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve hot & cold beverages, including specialty coffee
• Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation of drinks
• Maintain cleanliness of coffee station and equipment
• Greet customers, take orders, and provide excellent service
• Adhere to company standards, health, and safety regulations.
• Handle POS/cash transactions accurately
• Monitor coffee and supply inventory
Requirements:
• Knowledge of different brewing methods and coffee art is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Positive attitude, team player, and passion for customer service.”
