ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with strong MS Office skills and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently and professionally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Handle correspondence, calls, and scheduling.
  • Maintain filing systems and office records.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties.
  • Perform general office duties and support management.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :

  • Proven administrative or secretarial experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
