ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with strong MS Office skills and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently and professionally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Handle correspondence, calls, and scheduling.
- Maintain filing systems and office records.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties.
- Perform general office duties and support management.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :
- Proven administrative or secretarial experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
