We are seeking a professional and organized Secretary who is familiar with Qatar locations, government offices, and local business practices. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and clerical support, coordinate office activities, and assist with correspondence, scheduling, and document handling to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative and secretarial tasks efficiently
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, calls)
Maintain office files, records, and confidential documents
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official letters
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and government entities (MOI, MOFA, Ministry of Labour, CID, etc.)
Familiar with Qatar locations, routes, and landmarks to support logistics and scheduling
Support document submission and follow-ups with ministries and service centers
Monitor office supplies and coordinate with suppliers
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
2–5 years of experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant (Qatar experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of Qatar locations, ministries, and procedures
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
