ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an organised, communicative, and quick-thinking Dispatcher with logistics coordination experience and the ability to manage schedules and solve delivery challenges under pressure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Assign and dispatch drivers according to delivery schedules and priorities.
• Monitor deliveries in real time and address any delays or issues.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and warehouse teams.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and delivery statuses.
• Optimise routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Handle urgent or last-minute delivery requests.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :

• Experience in dispatching, logistics coordination, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with route planning software and GPS tracking tools.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and operational systems.
