ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to manage a team while driving efficiency, accuracy, and safety compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
• Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control.
• Enforce health, safety, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams.
• Prepare operational reports and KPIs for management review.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, including a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
