ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a proactive and organised Merchandiser with retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to maximise product visibility and availability across assigned outlets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Visit assigned retail outlets on a regular route.
- Arrange and replenish product displays according to planograms.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team.
- Ensure correct pricing and promotional materials are in place.
- Build positive relationships with store managers and staff.
- Submit visit reports and flag out-of-stock situations.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :
- Experience in merchandising or retail sales preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid Qatar driving license may be required for field roles.
- Physically fit and comfortable working on the go.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
