ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a proactive and organised Merchandiser with retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to maximise product visibility and availability across assigned outlets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Visit assigned retail outlets on a regular route.
• Arrange and replenish product displays according to planograms.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team.
• Ensure correct pricing and promotional materials are in place.
• Build positive relationships with store managers and staff.
• Submit visit reports and flag out-of-stock situations.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :

• Experience in merchandising or retail sales preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid Qatar driving license may be required for field roles.
• Physically fit and comfortable working on the go.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
