ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista with strong knowledge of coffee preparation and a commitment to crafting high-quality beverages with consistency and care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, specialty coffees, and other beverages to brand standards.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines and cafe equipment.
• Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station at all times.
• Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately.
• Maintain inventory, assist with stock replenishment, and assist in ordering cafe supplies.
• Upsell products and contribute to meeting sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :

• Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar coffee service role.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, techniques, and equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Food hygiene certification is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
