Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Catering Cook.
Experience in hotel, fine dining or casual dining restaurants.
GCC experience is highly preferred.
Ability to cook in large volumes without compromising quality.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
Prepare and cook large quantities of food for catering events, staff meals, and bulk orders.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
Follow standardized recipes and company guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen in compliance with food safety standards.
Monitor food stock levels and coordinate with the kitchen team for replenishment.
Assist in menu planning and suggest improvements when required.
Ensure proper storage and handling of food products.
Filipino nationality preferred.
