Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and monitor production schedules to meet customer deadlines, quality standards, and output targets.
- Oversee all manufacturing activities including aluminum extrusion, casting, fabrication, and finishing operations.
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, maximize yield, and reduce defects and material waste.
- Manage daily operations of production staff, including task allocation, training, performance monitoring, and discipline.
- Ensure preventive maintenance programs are implemented to minimize machine downtime and production disruptions.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental policies across the production facility.
- Manage raw materials, inventory levels, manpower, and resources to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
- Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and quality teams to align production plans with material availability and project requirements.
- Monitor production performance and prepare operational reports for management.
- Implement continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Metallurgical Engineering.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in aluminum or metal fabrication manufacturing.
- Strong technical knowledge of aluminum manufacturing processes such as extrusion, casting, anodizing, and fabrication.
- Proven experience managing production teams and large-scale manufacturing operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and production reporting tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets within budget and timelines.
- Arabic nationality and Arabic-speaking (mandatory).
- Experience in implementing lean manufacturing and waste reduction practices is an advantage.
