Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist will support Joud LLC and its related companies through always-on digital marketing activities. This role focuses on content creation, social media management, digital advertising, and identifying emerging trends, with a strong emphasis on execution, performance tracking, and measurable growth in brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish content across multiple platforms including social media, websites, blogs, and basic email campaigns.
- Manage and grow social media channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X, in line with brand guidelines.
- Write clear and engaging copy aligned with each brand’s tone of voice.
- Coordinate with designers or use tools like Canva or Figma to produce visual assets.
- Repurpose long-form content (blogs, FAQs, webinars) into short-form posts, reels, stories, and carousels.
- Maintain content calendars and posting schedules for multiple brands.
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, escalating issues when necessary.
- Track and analyze engagement metrics including reach, impressions, clicks, and followers, and suggest improvements.
- Set up, manage, and optimize basic paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Prepare simple performance and campaign reports.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, particularly in fintech, BNPL, payments, and GCC/MENA markets.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Marketing, Product, and HR for campaigns, launches, and employer branding.
- Maintain organized records of content assets and marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Strong content creation skills with good writing ability and basic visual sense.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for one or more brands.
- Basic experience running paid advertisements on Meta, Google, or LinkedIn.
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics such as reach, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
- Very good English writing skills; native Arabic proficiency is mandatory, especially for GCC audiences.
- Experience in fintech, payments, BNPL, or financial services is an advantage.
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Mailchimp/HubSpot, Canva, or Figma.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Data-aware mindset with the ability to use insights to improve content and campaign performance.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to accept feedback and adapt quickly.
