Key Responsibilities:
- • Achieve assigned sales targets and performance indicators
- • Develop and present sales, marketing, training, and tender/bidding proposals
- • Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and training needs analysis
- • Plan and execute business development strategies to generate new projects
- • Coordinate with internal teams to meet sales and project objectives
- • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications
- • Analyze client requirements and offer suitable solutions
- • Ensure compliance with company health and safety policies
Requirements:
- • MBA in Sales & Marketing or equivalent qualification
- • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (Telecom, Insurance, or Training industry preferred)
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- • Strong business development and negotiation abilities
- • Flexible, fast learner, and team-oriented
- • With Philippine Driving License
• Willing to obtain a Qatar Driving License
