Position: Sales Engineer / Sales Representative (HVAC)
Key Responsibilities:
- • Promote and sell HVAC spares, refrigerants (gas), copper pipes, insulation, ducting materials, etc.
- • Generate leads through cold calls, site visits, networking, and referrals
- • Conduct site surveys, assess client requirements, and propose suitable HVAC solutions
- • Prepare and present quotations and proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales
- • Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve sales targets
- • Coordinate with installation, service, and operations teams for smooth execution
- • Track sales activities, leads, and reports using CRM systems
Requirements:
- • Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in Qatar, preferably in HVAC or related field
- • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, materials, and industry practices
- • Proven sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
- • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- • Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory)
- • Transferable NOC and ready for immediate joining
- • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
