Job Description:
The Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a neat appearance, and a positive attitude toward guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests; provide friendly and professional customer service

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen

• Serve food and drinks, check guest satisfaction, and refill beverages

• Handle billing and cash/card payments correctly

• Clear, clean, and reset tables to maintain dining area standards

• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Physically fit to stand and walk for long hours

• Able to manage multiple tables and carry trays safely

• Valid Food Handling Certificate
