Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of all outlets and ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.
• Achieve sales, revenue, and profit targets while controlling costs and improving efficiency.
• Lead, train, and motivate outlet teams to deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction and handle escalated complaints.
• Support business growth, new outlet openings, and local marketing initiatives.
  

Requirements:

• Age: 37 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business Management (preferred).
• 5–8 years F&B experience, including 3+ years in multi-outlet or cluster management.
• Strong leadership, financial, and communication skills.
• Proven record in achieving operational and financial KPIs.
• Able to multitask, work under pressure, and travel between outlets.
