Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of all outlets and ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.
- Achieve sales, revenue, and profit targets while controlling costs and improving efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate outlet teams to deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain high guest satisfaction and handle escalated complaints.
- Support business growth, new outlet openings, and local marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Age: 37 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business Management (preferred).
- 5–8 years F&B experience, including 3+ years in multi-outlet or cluster management.
- Strong leadership, financial, and communication skills.
- Proven record in achieving operational and financial KPIs.
- Able to multitask, work under pressure, and travel between outlets.
