Telecom Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Telecom Supervisor is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and executing all telecommunications and low-voltage system installations, maintenance, and testing activities. This includes overseeing systems such as PAGA, CCTV, Security & Access Control, OTN, Telephone, and Structured Cabling Systems. The role requires technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to ensure project completion within safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate telecom installation and maintenance works across project sites.
- Manage and monitor PAGA, CCTV, Security & Access Control, OTN, Telephone, and Data Cabling Systems.
- Oversee structured cabling and ensure compliance with technical drawings and specifications.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and troubleshooting for telecom and data systems.
- Ensure all site works meet quality, safety, and project standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and clients for timely project delivery.
- Prepare progress reports and documentation related to telecom activities.
- Train and guide technicians to maintain performance and safety compliance.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other tools for reporting and communication.
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in Telecom / Electrical supervision roles
✅ Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
✅ Hands-on experience with:
• PAGA Systems
• CCTV Systems
• Security & Access Control
• OTN & Structured Cabling Systems
• Telephone & Data Cabling
✅ Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills
✅ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
