Job Summary:
An experienced Kitchen Equipment Technician with a strong background in servicing restaurant chains, commercial kitchens, or malls.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in kitchen equipment maintenance within restaurant chains, hotels, malls, or commercial kitchens – Mandatory.
• Strong expertise in electrical and mechanical kitchen equipment (non-refrigeration).
• Valid Qatar Driving License – Mandatory.
• Technical diploma or certification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, fryers, grills, steamers, dishwashers, hot plates, and other cooking appliances.
• Install and commission kitchen equipment while ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and service requests to minimize downtime.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Identify faulty parts and recommend repair or replacement solutions.
• Maintain accurate service reports and equipment logs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for spare parts and technical support
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in adherence to company standards.
