Key Responsibilities:

• • Design and create floral arrangements for events, weddings, corporate functions, and daily sales
• • Maintain the quality and freshness of flowers and plants
• • Provide advice and recommendations to customers on flower selection and care
• • Manage inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies
• • Prepare and arrange flowers for delivery or display
• • Handle customer orders and ensure timely fulfillment
• • Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized
• • Stay updated on floral design trends and seasonal flowers
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Florist
• • Knowledge of various flowers, plants, and floral arrangements
• • Strong creativity and an eye for color and design
• • Excellent communication and customer service skills
• • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• • Physically able to lift and arrange flowers and supplies
  

Additional (Preferred) Skills:

• • Experience in event decoration and large-scale arrangements
• • Knowledge of flower care and preservation techniques
• • Ability to use floral design tools or software
  

Work Environment:

• • Retail flower shop, greenhouse, or event venues
• • May involve early mornings, weekends, or special events
